"Customer service was just okay"
Well... the customer service wasn’t terrible, but it was slow. They did eventually get back to me, so I appreciate that, but I wish the response time had been better.

"The site was really harder to use..."
The site was really harder to use than I expected. I just wanted to find some basic info, but I ended up clicking around way more than I should have had to.
Some pages were a bit slow on my phone, and the menu really wasn’t that clear. Checkout felt kind of clunky too. I got through it eventually, but it was more annoying than I thought it would be.

"I ordered it from Black Wolf..."
I ordered it from Black Wolf and the shipping was totally fine, no issues there 🙂 The face wash was okay for me, but after a few days my skin felt clean yet a little dry. I think it might be better for someone with oilier skin, since mine is kind of sensitive. Not bad at all, just not the perfect fit for me

"Shipping was crazy slow"
I ordered from blackwolfnation.com and man, the shipping took forever. The tracking barely moved, so I kept having to check it myself like, come on already. My package finally showed up way later than I expected. Not gonna lie, I’m bummed about the whole delivery situation

"Nice scent, feels good"
I picked this up mostly because I wanted to try something different. The scent is really clean and not overpowering, which I appreciate. It doesn’t last all day or anything but honestly... I’m okay with that.
The texture is smooth and doesn’t feel greasy at all. It spreads easily and rinses off without leaving that weird sticky feeling behind. I took off one star because I do wish the scent hung around a little longer, but overall I liked it.
